How to use iTunes on Windows & MAC

Mac (iTunes):

• Download the .dmg file
• Open and drag iTunes to the Applications folder
• Launch and set up your preferences
• Tap "Trust This Computer"
• Connect your iPhone/iPad via USB cable.
• Select your device in the sidebar.
• Hold Option ⌥ and click Restore iPhone…
• Select your downloaded IPSW file.
• Wait for restore or install ipsw using iTunes
• Once Finish, disconnect & Powered ON

Windows (iTunes):

• Download the itunes.exe installer for your Windows
• Open the folder, find the itunes.exe
• Double-click on the setup file
• The installation wizard will opened.
• follow the on-screen instructions
• Once Done, Open iTunes
• Click "Trust This Computer" on your Windows
• Connect your iPhone/iPad via USB cable
• Click the device icon in iTunes
• Choose Back Up Now to create a local backup
• Use Check for Update or Restore
• Hold Shift and click Restore iPhone…
• Select the IPSW file .
• Wait for restore or install ipsw using iTunes
